Create a campaign
In Instantly: Campaigns → Add new. Set up sending accounts first (Settings → Email accounts) and let warmup run ~2 weeks before real volume.

Import the CSV
Inside the campaign: Leads → Import → Upload CSV, and select your AgentRoster file.

Map the fields
Map Email → email. Instantly splits names into first/last — our Name column is the full name, so either split it in Google Sheets first (see our Sheets guide) or map Name to a custom variable like {{full_name}} and greet with the brokerage instead.

Keep the targeting columns as variables
Map Brokerage, City and (premium) Producer Tier to custom variables. "Saw you're with {{brokerage}} in {{city}}" out-performs generic openers.

Verify on import
Toggle Instantly's verification at import. Our emails come from live brokerage rosters, but a second check keeps your bounce rate under 3% and protects the sending domains.
