Where does the data come from?

We compile the public agent rosters of Canada's 24 brokerages we track — Royal LePage, Century 21, RE/MAX, Right at Home and Sutton — and re-scan them every week or two, tracking 77,470 agents. When someone appears, moves or disappears between scans, that's a signal.

Why do new agents matter?

A newly licensed agent has no website, no CRM, no photographer, no marketing stack and no vendor loyalties — and they buy all of it in their first months. Whatever you sell to realtors, reaching them in week one beats reaching them in year three.

What exactly arrives on Monday?

One email per week: every new agent and every brokerage move in your region since the last scan, with name, email, phone, brokerage and city — inline and as a CSV attachment. If nothing changed, we say so, so you know the scan ran.

Can I cancel or switch regions?

Any time — reply to any digest and we sort it the same day. Billing is monthly through Stripe with no contract.

The data is business contact information compiled from public brokerage rosters, provided under CASL’s business-contact provisions. You are responsible for compliant use — see our terms and privacy pages; agents can opt out at any time.
