Questions

Where does the movement data come from?

We re-scan the public agent rosters of Canada's five national brokerage networks every week (47,058 agents) and diff the snapshots. When an agent appears at a new brokerage, disappears, or shows up for the first time — that's a tracked event with a date on it.

What do I actually see?

A live league table of roster sizes by brokerage and region, a feed of individual agent moves (who, from where, to where, when), net gain/loss standings per network, and where new licensees are landing. Movement history deepens every week the scans run.

Why does this matter for recruiting?

Recruiting is won in the two weeks around a move: agents who just switched are settled, but their former colleagues start looking. Knowing who's moving — and which offices are bleeding — tells you where to point your recruiter before the industry hears it through the grapevine.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — monthly billing through Stripe, no contract. Reply to any email from us and we cancel same day.
