Recruiting Radar · for brokerage recruiters

Know who's ready to move before anyone calls them

Recruiting is timing. We score all 47,058 agents at Canada's five national networks on movability — offices bleeding colleagues, teammates departing, pre-move tells — and hand your recruiter a ranked list of who to call first, with the evidence attached.

What moves the score

Every point is explainable — each watchlist row shows its reasons in plain English.

Office bleed
Colleagues leaving the same office is the strongest known predictor that an agent starts looking. We count every departure around them, office by office.
Team departures
We map teams from shared phone lines and team email domains. When a teammate leaves, the rest of the team is suddenly in play — and flagged.
Network net-loss
Agents at a network that’s bleeding in their market hear about it in the office every day. Net gain/loss per network feeds the score.
Individual tells
A changed email address, a personal inbox instead of the franchise one — small anchoring signals that separate "settled" from "reachable".
Recent movers suppressed
Agents who just switched are settled — we penalize their score so your recruiter doesn’t waste calls on last month’s news.
Scrape-noise guards
When a network re-organizes its roster site, thousands of phantom "departures" appear. We detect those batches and discard them instead of scoring them.

The math your recruiter already knows

One producing agent is worth tens of thousands a year in splits to the brokerage that lands them — and recruiting is won in the two weeks around a move, before the grapevine catches up. Radar exists to point your recruiter at the right fifty conversations instead of the whole phone book. It pays for itself the first time it's early.

Questions

How can you know an agent is likely to move?

We re-scan the public rosters of Canada’s five national brokerage networks every week and keep the full history. The strongest predictor of a move is what’s happening around the agent: colleagues leaving the same office, a teammate departing, a network bleeding agents in their market, plus individual tells like a changed email address. Each agent gets a 0–100 movability score built from exactly those signals — and every reason is shown, so you can judge the evidence yourself.

What do I actually see?

A ranked national watchlist (filterable by region): agent name, brokerage, city, production tier, the score, and the plain-English reasons behind it — plus a board of the offices currently losing the most agents, and flags for team members whose teammates just left. Full contact details are included on every row.

How accurate is it this early?

Honestly: the scores sharpen with history. Signals like office bleed and team departures need weekly scans to accumulate — the model gets noticeably smarter every Monday. We also aggressively filter scrape noise: when a network re-organizes its roster pages, we detect and discard the phantom "departures" instead of letting them inflate scores.

How is this different from Brokerage Intel?

Intel ($99/mo) tells you what already happened — who moved, which networks gained and lost. Radar ranks who is likely to move next, so your recruiter calls before the industry hears it. Radar includes everything in Intel.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — monthly billing through Stripe, no contract. Reply to any email from us and we cancel same day.
