Free tracker · updated every two to three weeks

269 realtors joined a brokerage this week

We re-scan the public rosters of 24 Canadian brokerage networks and independents every two to three weeks (77,470 agents tracked). Here's exactly who's new in your city — and which brokerages are picking them up. Free, no signup.

Latest scan: August 26, 2026 · 13 brokerage moves across 80 cities

A new agent hasn't picked anybody yet

No lender, no sign shop, no photographer. A realtor three years in already has all three and you'd have to displace someone — one who joined this week has a first listing coming and nobody booked. The window to become their default is measured in weeks.

Questions

Is this tracker really free?

Yes. The counts, the brokerages that are hiring, and a masked preview of every new agent are free and updated after each scan. What you pay for is the contact details — full name, email and phone — either as a one-time CSV or via the weekly Signals digest.

How do you know an agent is new?

We re-scan the public rosters of 24 Canadian brokerage networks and independents every two to three weeks and diff them against the previous snapshot. An agent who appears where they weren't before is new; one who appears under a different brokerage has moved. We exclude "bulk" appearances caused by us adding a new data source, so the count reflects genuine market movement.

Why do new agents matter to mortgage brokers?

A newly licensed agent has no lender relationship yet. Realtor referrals are the backbone of a mortgage broker's pipeline, and the agents who are still choosing their vendors are the only ones genuinely open to a new partnership. Reaching them in week one beats reaching them in year three.

How often is it updated?

After every roster scan — currently every week or two. The latest batch is August 26, 2026.
