72,848 realtors are published on brokerage office rosters across the 30 national networks we track, as of the 2026-09-06 scan — spread over 1,221 brokerage offices. CREA reported about 158,000 members as of early 2026; licenses and published rosters measure different things, and ours re-counts every week or two.

Brand pages exist only for networks whose full national roster we scrape. Networks we cover partially (for example Keller Williams, where we track individual offices rather than the whole national directory) deliberately don't get a page — a partial count presented as a national one would be worse than no number.
Method, in one paragraph
We re-read the public office rosters of the national brokerage networks we track every week or two and count who is actually listed. No surveys, no self-reporting, no annual lag.
