For sign & print shops

Your biggest customer type is a realtor who hasn't found you

For Sale packages, riders, coroplast lot signs, banner runs — real estate is the single largest category of work in most shops. We track 71,827 verified Canadian agents, so you can pull every realtor inside your delivery radius, by city and brokerage, with a real email for each.

A new agent doesn't have a sign shop yet

This is the whole edge. An agent three years in already has a shop that prints their panels — to win them you have to displace someone. An agent who joined a brokerage this week needs a full package before their first listing goes up, and has no one. You're not competing; you're first.

259 realtors joined a Canadian brokerage in the last scan (August 6, 2026).

What a realtor account actually buys

One agent is not one order. An agent who lists a dozen properties a year comes back for every one of them.

For Sale packages

Panel, post and hardware, plus riders — SOLD, OPEN HOUSE, name and phone. This is the repeat volume: every listing, every agent, all year.

Lot & development signs

The big ones. Printed to vinyl and laminated onto coroplast, or direct-printed to coroplast. Fewer jobs, much larger tickets.

Large-format banners

Stretched across a site or hoarding for new builds and developments — the job nobody else in town is set up to run.

"Am I allowed to email them?"

The honest answer: these are business contact addresses published on public brokerage rosters, and CASL treats business contact information differently from personal addresses. Contacting a realtor, at their work address, about signage for their listings is exactly the kind of B2B contact those provisions contemplate.

You are still responsible for compliant use — identify yourself and your shop, keep the message relevant to their role, and include a working unsubscribe. We're not your lawyer; see terms and privacy, and agents can opt out with us at any time.

Questions

Why would a sign shop buy a realtor list?

Because real estate is already the largest single category of work in most sign shops — For Sale packages, riders, lot signs and banners, ordered again on every listing. The constraint isn't demand, it's knowing which agents are in your delivery radius and how to reach them. That's what this list solves: 71,827 verified Canadian agents, filterable by city, brokerage, producer tier and website ownership.

Which realtors should I actually target?

Two groups. New agents — they have no sign supplier yet, so you aren't displacing an incumbent, and they need a full package before their first listing goes up; we publish those free every two to three weeks. And top producers — fewer of them, but an agent moving 30 listings a year reorders all year long, so each account is worth far more. You can filter to either.

What do realtors actually order?

The recurring volume is For Sale packages — panel, post and hardware — plus riders like SOLD, OPEN HOUSE and name-and-phone strips. On top of that sit lot and development signs, either printed to vinyl and laminated onto coroplast or direct-printed to coroplast, and large banner runs stretched across a site for new builds. The first order is rarely the last: panels get damaged, riders run out, and every rebrand replaces the whole set.

Is emailing realtors CASL-compliant?

The data is business contact information compiled from public brokerage rosters, which CASL treats differently from personal addresses under its business-contact provisions. You are still responsible for compliant use — identify yourself, make your offer relevant to their role, and include a working unsubscribe. See our terms and privacy pages; agents can opt out at any time.

How current is the data?

We re-scan the public rosters of 24 Canadian brokerage networks and independents every two to three weeks. The latest scan (August 6, 2026) found 259 new agents and 6 brokerage moves. Emails are real, deliverable addresses from those rosters — never guessed from a name-and-domain pattern.

What does it cost?

A one-time CSV starts at $19, priced by how many agents you filter to — and never exceeds $499 even for the entire national database. If you'd rather have the new agents delivered continuously, the weekly Signals digest is from $29/month.
