Which realtors should I actually target?

We re-scan the public rosters of 24 Canadian brokerage networks and independents every two to three weeks. The latest scan (August 6, 2026) found 259 new agents and 6 brokerage moves. Emails are real, deliverable addresses from those rosters — never guessed from a name-and-domain pattern.
