Brokerage Rank badge
For a brokerage's "join us" page: where the office stands in its city, by the agents on its published roster.
Recruits see a measured, third-party number instead of a claim.
Two free widgets for Canadian brokerage and real estate agent websites, built from the Canadian Brokerage Index. They update themselves after every scan, in English or French.
For a brokerage's "join us" page: where the office stands in its city, by the agents on its published roster.
Recruits see a measured, third-party number instead of a claim.
For an agent's or brokerage's market page: how many agents work the city, which brands hold the share, and how many joined in the last 30 days.
Counted from the published rosters of the 32 Canadian brokerage networks and independents AgentRoster reads, about 46.4% of CREA's 158,000 members (early 2026). A roster shows who a brokerage lists on its website; it is not a licence count, and offices outside the networks we read are not in the ranking. Every widget says its figures cover tracked brokerages and shows the scan date (latest: October 11, 2026). The widgets refresh after each scan.
The widgets are a free app for Wix sites: add AgentRoster Market Widgets from the Wix App Market, then pick your office or your city in the widget's settings.
The widgets show aggregate counts and brokerage office names only, never an agent's name, email or phone. They set no cookies and collect nothing from your visitors. The figures load from the app's own server on Wix, which copies them from agentroster.ca after each scan, so your visitors' browsers never contact agentroster.ca. The app reads nothing from your site's contacts, orders or forms. Questions: hello@agentroster.ca.
The widgets and their data are free to use, as they are, without warranty. Keep the scope line visible and don't present the numbers as licence counts. We may update or retire the widgets; the data changes with every scan.
Email hello@agentroster.ca and a person replies.
